Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most unworn, unaltered items with all original tags and packaging intact. Some exclusions apply.

How to Return

  1. Initiate Return: Visit our Returns Portal
  2. Prepare Package: Include completed return form and original packaging
  3. Ship Back: Use provided prepaid label (U.S.) or preferred carrier (international)

Refund Processing

  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after receipt
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable
  • $9.50 return fee applies (waived for defective items)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (marked as such)
  • Worn or altered merchandise
  • Personalized/customized pieces
  • Swimwear & undergarments (hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  1. Return original item
  2. Place new order at Pull & Nicky
    Refer to our Size Guide for assistance.

Damaged/Defective Items

For quality issues:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos/video evidence
  3. We’ll arrange prepaid return & replacement

International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping
  • Refund excludes original shipping/duties
  • Additional 3-5 day processing time
